Here in Croatia you can find a large bamboo, but in the
northern Adriatic Sea off the coast, where the climate is warmer.

Phyllostachys praecox 'Violascens'

The diameter of the stems at 1.2 meters
from the ground 8 cm (3.15 inch) and 11.7 m hight (38.5 feet)
